RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unworn and unused
• Item must be free of stains, odors, or damage
• Original tags must be attached (if applicable)
• Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Sale items
• Limited edition releases
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If inventory is available, we may offer exchanges for sizing issues. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Underworld Studios.
